Kiwi-Tini
- 2 oz. Esprit de Krewe Cane Vodka
- 3/4 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup (2:1)
- 1/2 kiwi, peeled

Step 1
Muddle
Place the 1/2 kiwi in a sturdy mixing glass and muddle it to release those delicious juices.

Step 2
Ice and Stir
Fill the glass half way with ice and add the remaining ingredients and stir — DON’T SHAKE! — for 30–60 seconds.

Strain and Garnish
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a kiwi wheel.
