Rollins Distillery is a small, family-run, award-winning craft distillery on the western end of the Florida Panhandle. Located across from the Zoo in Gulf Breeze, we make rum, vodka and limited edition spirits from 100% Florida molasses. Stop by any time during our open hours to purchase a bottle of our hand-crafted spirits, pick up some glassware, or get your own Rollins Distillery gear!
