Made with our signature Esprit de Krewe Golden Rum, our Rollins Distillery take on the classic rum pineapple punch is sure to melt away the stress of the day. The combination of tropical yellow pineapple juice and a healthy splash of vibrant Blue Curaçao produces a beautiful emerald cocktail that tastes as good as it looks.

  • 2 oz. Esprit de Krewe Golden Rum
  • 1/4 oz. Blue Curaçao
  • 2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • Optional: soda water
  1. Step 1

    Combine and Shake

    Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled.

  2. Step 2

    Strain

    Strain drink into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. If desired, build in a highball glass and top with soda water.

  3. Step 3

    Garnish and Enjoy

    Garnish with fresh citrus slices and a pineapple wedge.
