Jalapeño Honey Lemonade
Equally good as a shaken-and-strained martini for one as it is stirred in a pitcher for four, this well-balanced drink hits all the right notes.
- 2 oz. Esprit de Krewe Cane Vodka (or 1 cup for a pitcher)
- 1 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice (4 oz. for a pitcher)
- 1 oz. Jalapeño Honey simple syrup (3 oz. for a pitcher)
- Optional: two jalapeño wheels and a mint sprig (8 wheels and four sprigs for a pitcher)

Step 1
For One Cocktail
Add the Esprit de Krewe Cane Vodka, lemon juice and Jalapeño Honey simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with jalapeño wheels and mint sprig if desired and enjoy.

For a Pitcher of Cocktails
Add all ingredients to a lemonade pitcher filled with ice, stir, and serve over ice with good friends.

Top off each cocktail with a fresh jalapeño wheel, half of a lemon wheel, and a liberally smacked mint sprig.

Cool as a Cucumber Oysters
- 1 dozen fresh oysters, shucked
- 1/2 medium cucumber, diced
- 12 drops mint oil
- 1 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 12 tiny mint leaves

Arrange your oysters on a platter filled with crushed ice and top each one with diced cucumber, mint oil, lemon juice, and a tiny mint leaf.
